HILL AIR FLEX

UNPLUG TABLE BEFORE STARTING ANY REPAIRS

PROBLEM: DROP PIN OUT OF CHANNEL

1.    Unplug the table

2.    Locate the coil that needs replacing(if you have a coil with wires coming directly out of it, locate where the wires are already connected and cut the colored wire (not the white one) close to the coil (photo 1).

If your coil already has wires with connectors on them, then proceed to step 4.

3.    Take the wire you cut and strip back the outer layer approx. 3/8”(photo 2)

and put on the ¼” connector with a wire crimper (photo 3)

4.    Remove the nut on top of the old coil with a 9/16” wrench(photo 4)

and take the old coil off of the valve stem. If the old coil has a metal bracket on it, do NOT use the metal bracket with the new coil. Pull the wires off of the coil (be careful to pull the wire connectors and not the wires.

5.    Place the new coil on the valve stem and replace the 9/16” nut.

6.    Push the wires with the wire connectors onto the new coil
